Return and Refund Policy

At Cozzi Sandals, we want you to love your clogs. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility: items must be clean, unworn outside and in their original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

Free size exchanges: if your pair does not fit, contact us and we will send you a different size at no extra cost, subject to availability.

How to start a return: email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items: please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.

Promotional orders: for Buy 1 Get 1 Free and multi-pair deals, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid for the items returned.
